Business Referral Program Policy

Lynked enables app users to refer a business onto the Lynked app. After a successful referral, the referrer will be entitled to receive a cash reward once the criteria set out in this policy have been adhered to and met. Referrers and applications must agree to the points set out below which are part of Lynkeds terms of use. 

 

In this policy the following words and phrases are defined as:

  • Referrer” : an individual that refers a business to the Lynked platform. 
  • Entrant”: a business that is seeking to use Lynked.
  • Lynked”: refers to Lynked as an entity.
  • Program”: the Lynked Referral Program.

 

 

  1. By engaging in this Program, both the Referrer and Entrant agree to the conditions in this document. Document updates, additional or editing of terms, will come into effect immediately when this document is published.

  2. The Referrer may be entitled to a cash remuneration for the successful referral of an Entrant who completes their set up on the Lynked Platform utilizing said referrers’ unique referral code for this purpose. 

  3. The €50 remuneration is distributed via CleverCards digital gift Mastercard. This is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the CleverCards digital gift Mastercard. The Referrer must put him/herself in a position to receive the remuneration via Clever Cards. No acceptions will be made for remuneration outside of this process. 

  4. Lynked can alter the remuneration value at management discretion.

  5. Lynked reserves the right to amend the means of distributing this remuneration and to amend the value of the remuneration. 

  6. The remuneration amount distributed is the value that was provided by Lynked when the referrer made the referral. If Lynked is running a referral promotion by which, the remuneration value has been increased for a period of time, the Entrant must sign up and complete onboarding within 14 days of being referred. If the Entrant registers greater than 14 days from the end of the referral promotion, the normal remuneration value will be distributed to the successful Referrer.

  7. The Entrant must use the unique referral code generated by the Referrer. The only means of tracing the Referrer for remuneration is from the Entrant registration on the Lynked platform. 

  8. For a successful referral, the Entrant must not have used Lynked in any format as a retailer, and/or conducting business, and/or as a staff user whilst working for a business utilizing Lynked previously. 

  9. The Entrant will not be eligible for a discount if they are anything other than a new business/entrant on the Lynked Platform

  10. The Referrer will not be eligible for remuneration if they refer an Entrant who is not new to the Lynked platform.

  11. The Entrant must complete the Lynked onboarding in full and complete payment for their first month of Lynked. This will trigger the remuneration proces to reward the Referrer. 

  12. A successful referral will entitle the Entrant to a 15% discount for their first 3 months on the Lynked platform.

  13. There is no limit to the amount of referrals a Referrer can make.

  14. An Entrant may not claim a referral for another Entrant or business that they are in partnership with, under the same holding group/company, or that they supply, or receive supplies from.

  15. The Referrer and the Entrant must be independent parties. 

  16. The Referrer will not receive a remuneration if the Entrant they wish to refer is in conversation with Lynked or have used the Lynked platform previously.

  17. Both the Entrant and Refer shall act in good faith. Lynked reserves the right to deny remuneration to a Referrer or discount to the Entrant if Lynked expects they are not acting in good faith or Lynked suspects abuse of this program. 

  18. Lynked reserves the right to determine what defines abuse of the program.

  19. Once the Entrant has successfully registered and completed payment during the Lynked on boarding process, the remuneration will be processed and provided to the Referrer within 2 weeks. 

  20. Lynked will inform the referrer if the application is unsuccessful for any reason. 

  21. If the referred Entrant has multiple locations, the Referrer is entitled to one reward only. 

  22. The Referral code used by the Entrant will be the code used to distribute the remuneration, regardless of how many referrals have been made to the Entrant.

  23. The Referrer must not be employed, own, supply, or be supplied by the business/Entrant seeking to use Lynked.

  24. The Referrer may be named in communication between Lynked and the Entrant, and the Entrant may be named in communication between Lynked and the Referrer.

  25. Referrers must be 18 years of age or older. 

  26. Contact Lynked through the website details www.lynkedloyalty.ie if you have not received your Remuneration. This must be completed within 60 days of the Entrant registering with Lynked.

  27. The Referral Program is for personal use only. You cannot share, distribute, advertise your unique referral code by any means or through any platform other than directly to the potential Entrant.

  28. If any provisions within this policy are held to be invalid, unenforcable, void, outdated, they may be amended or removed. If any provision/provisions is/are deemed to be invalid, unenforceable, void, or outdated it will not affect the remaining terms and conditions within this policy.

  29. The Referrer and Entrant must be independent, collusion is prohibited. Suspicion of collusion which breaches Lynkeds terms and conditions will be investigated by Lynked. If Lynked suspects collusion between the Entrant and the Referrer, Lynked reserves the right to charge the Entrant the remuneration value if abuse and or collusion was suspected. Any suspected abuse of terms of service will be investigated and retrospective withdrawal or charges of the remuneration amount may be taken by Lynked if deemed appropriate. 

  30. Lynked can stop the Refferrer from seeking or making future referrals at any time.

  31. Lynked is not responsible or liable for any lost, late, stolen, illegible, incomplete, interrupted, delayed, or misdirected e-mail, or correspondence or if any participant’s e-mail address, or other contact information does not work, is deleted, or is changed without the individual/entity giving prior written notice to Lynked. Any questions relating to the Program will be resolved at Lynkeds sole discretion and Lynkeds decisions related to this will be final and binding.

  32. Participants are liable for any tax consequences of the receipt of any Payment, and we accept no liability to participants or their employers in relation thereto. These Terms and Conditions are intended to be legally binding and will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. We each agree that Irish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim or dispute arising from or related to the Lynked Referral Program or these Terms and Conditions.
